PURPOSE:To simply read and write data by providing a transmission interface which transmits the necessary data read by a card reader/writer and a control means which controls a control command and the necessary data. CONSTITUTION:The read data YD is subjected to the prescribed signal processing through a CPU/IO port control circuit 12 and is inputted to an RS-232 C-based interface circuit 10 as the processing data SD1 together with various control commands. The data SD1 is converted by the circuit 10 to be suited with the interface of a general-purpose personal computer 20. This converted data is inputted to the computer 20 via a connector 7 as the processing data SD2. At the same time, the computer 20 inputs the control data CD1 including the necessary commands for control of a magnetic card device 1 to the circuit 10. Thus the data CD1 is converted into the control data CD2 so as to be suitable to the circuit 12. The data CD2 is inputted to the circuit 12 and processed there. Then the write data KD is inputted to a magnetic card reader/writer 4 and recorded on the track of a magnetic card 30. |
