CONSTITUTION:The titled processing and production apparatus constituted of a washing bath 1 for washing sweet potatoes, a washing screw conveyor 2 for transferring the washed sweet potatoes from the washing bath 1 to the next step, a boiling bath 5 for boiling with a heavy oil burner 7, a screw conveyor 6 for transferring the sweet potatoes in the boiling bath 5 and therefrom to the next step, an open type peeling bath 8, a screw conveyor 9 with cylindrical rods installed therein, a discoloration preventing bath 10 containing an alum solution and a cutter (E). |
