摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the measurement precision of the frequency response characteristic of a digital servo system by setting the input point of an external analog signal in the input side of an integrating part and setting the output point, from which a response signal is taken out, in the output side of a comparing part. CONSTITUTION:The input point of an external analog signal EX is set in an input side of an integration part 121 to provide an adding part 24 for digital operation there, and the output point from which the response signal is taken out is set in an output side out of a comparing part 123, and all of the processing is performed in a digital system. Therefore, the external analog signal EX is digitized by an A/D converter 22, and the signal from the output point is applied to an input CH2 of a frequency response characteristic measurer 13 as an analog control deviation ER through a D/A converter 23 and measurement is performed based on reception signal of inputs CH1 and CH2 to obtain a flat frequency response characteristic.</p>
