PURPOSE:To prevent a short circuit trouble, a malfunction or breakage of electronic parts, etc., due to the water of dew condensation, by heating up the inside of a sealed control box storing a control circuit and a main circuit which heats up a heating element by making use of the short voltage lower than a prescribed level of a solar battery to drive a load. CONSTITUTION:An electric heater 12 generates heat by the power generating output obtained for a period during which the power generating output voltage exceeds the prescribed voltage V1 after a solar battery 8 starts generation of power. Thus the water of dew condensation is evaporated within a control box 4 and therefore no water of dew condensation exists within the box 4 when a control circuit 11 and a primary circuit 10 start their actions. Thus it is possible to surely prevent a short circuit trouble, a malfunction, the breakage of electronic parts constituting those circuits 10 and 11, etc., which are caused by the water of dew condensation. In such a way, the heater 12 generates heat by means of the power generating output of the battery 8 for a period between a power generation start time (point t1) in the morning and a time point (t2) when the prescribed voltage V1 is obtained. Thus the water of dew condensation is evaporated in the box 4 and the power output of the battery 8 is effectively utilized. |
