<p>PURPOSE:To enable execution of an error characteristics test of reverse PD in a low potential part by dividing a connecting capacitor in two in a power-transmission line and the like and by impressing partial voltage between the connecting point of the high-voltage and low-voltage terminals thereof and the high-voltage terminal of a transformer circuit. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate terminal M of an upper-stage capacitor part 3 and the intermediate terminal M' of a lower-stage capacitor part 4 are connected by a lead wire 6, the high-voltage terminal U of the upper-stage capacitor part 3 and the low-voltage terminal O of the lower-stage capacitor part 4 are also connected by a lead wire 7, between the connecting point P of the terminals U and O and the high-voltage terminal h2 of the transformer circuit T the partial voltage e2 of a partial-voltage capacitor C2 is impressed from a power source 8, and the secondary voltage from the secondary terminal v-u of the transformer circuit T is measured. As the result, the error characteristics test of reverse PD can be performed.</p> |
