PURPOSE:To simplify the program control of pulse connection for interruption/ monitor for a 4th party by providing a changeover two-way talking or one-way talking changeover means separating the 4th party and an interrupted call to a board talking trunk. CONSTITUTION:A changeover section 61 to disconnect lines for subscribers A, B and an operator OP and a line for a supervisor S and a changeover section 62 selecting and switching two-way talking and one-way talking are provided in the board talking trunk 6. When the supervisor S is going to monitor the three party call among the subscribers A, B and the operator OP, the switch section 61 is connected and the switch section 61 is switched to one-way talking position. When the supervisor S interrupts the three party talking among the subscribers A, B and the operator OP, the switch section 61 is switched to two-way talking position. The changeover is executed by the drive (SD) control of the changeover section in a board talking trunk 6 based on a command from s central unit control 7.
