PURPOSE:To allow high-precision impregnation of insulation varnish and thereby prevent the varnish from adhering to a part requiring no varnishing work by causing a cage-shape hanger carrying materials to be processed to run on a rail through a roller bearing provided on both sides of the hanger. CONSTITUTION:A cage-shape hanger 3 is composed of a main body of drain board type hanger 5 on which a material to be processed 4 such as transformer with a pin and a hanger hook 7 for suspension on a hanger bar 6 which is fixed to the upper part of the hanger main body 5. Two pairs of roller bearings 8 are mounted at a position of the same elevation on both sides of the main body. In the meantime, a pair of rails 9 is arranged horizontally along the running direction of the hanger 3 at a position of the same elevation on both sides of the main body of a travel gear for the hanger 3. Therefore, the hanger 3 carrying a material to be processed can run and stop horizontally inside a varnish impregnation bath 1, thus allowing precise varnish impregnation for only a part requiring such varnishing process.
