PURPOSE:To prevent unnecessary air supply and discharge control to respond to temporary wind velocity variations generated at booth carry-in and carry-out ports by allowing the air supply/discharge control performed immediately before the opening of an inspection door to continue for a fixed time when the door is opened. CONSTITUTION:When an inspection door 16 is opened, readings of wind direction and velocity obtained by detection of each wind velocity sensor 11a, 11b are suspended for only a fixed time set in a timer. Then control signals for the number of rotations CM, CP based on wind direction and velocity values read immediately before the opening of the inspection door 16 are continuously output. After this, the numbers of rotations of an air supply fan 4 and an air discharge fan 8 are retained at the number of rotations controlled right before the opening of the inspection door 16 for only a fixed time. Consequently, the unbalance of air supply and discharge caused by the unnecessary air supply and discharge control to respond to temporary variations of wind velocity generated at booth carry-in and carry-out ports 1a, 1b can be surely prevented by opening or closing the inspection door 16.
