<p>PURPOSE:To improve the strength of a caliper, by covering the both sides of a core metal with a felt of a metallic short fiber, and casting the preformed body covered with an aluminum alloy to cast the caliper. CONSTITUTION:Both sides of a core metal B processed by a bending press into a yoke form are covered by a felt of a metallic short fiber to form a preformed body C, which is casted covered with an aluminum alloy to caste a caliper A. Therefore, since the strength of the preformed body C is increased by the core metal B, the strength of the caliper A can be improved.</p> |
