PURPOSE:To improve assembly work and strength of a chain belt stated in the above title by fitting links on the outer circumference sides and links on the inner circumference sides from the outer circumference sides and the inner circumference sides, respectively, into recessed portions formed in the respective centers of the circumferential end faces of V shaped blocks. CONSTITUTION:Links are composed of two kinds, the outer circumference side links 20 having a notch in the respective center portions on the inner circumference sides and the inner circumference side links 30 having a notch in the respective center portions on the outer circumference sides. Recesses 52 and 53 are formed in the respective center portions of circumferential end faces of V shaped blocks 50 and the outer circumference side links 20 and the inner circumference side links 30 are fitted in the recesses 52 and 53, respectively. This constitution improves assembly work and strength of the chain belt.
