PURPOSE:To simplify the assembly by placing four pieces of diodes in a line on one face of a substrate, setting the outside and the inside to the same direction, respectively, and connecting two lines of wiring patterns in the direction for crossing the substrate of one end side. CONSTITUTION:One one face of a substrate, diodes 1-4 are placed in parallel, and each diode 1, 3 of the outside and each diode 2, 4 of the inside are set to the same direction, respectively, and also, they are set in the opposite direction in the outside and the inside. For instance, on the reverse side of the substrate, two lines of wiring patterns 7, 8 are placed in the direction for roughly crossing the diodes 1-4, the diode 1, 4, and the diode 2, 3 are connected to the pattern 7, and the pattern 8, respectively, and the patterns 7, 8 are connected to a port 5. On a port 6 side, the diodes 1, 2 and 3, 4 are connected directly or effectively. In such a way, they are attached easily and the assembly can be simplified.
