A device for continuously weighing a web (2) at the manufacture of fibre board. The device comprises a forming wire (1) and forming devices (3, 5) for applying fibre material on the wire (1) and adjusting the thickness of the web (2). A weighing device (6) is located above the wire (1) directly after the forming device (3, 5). Said weighing device (6) comprises a scales plate (7) and a separate doctor plate (8) located at the leading edge of the scales plate. The weighing takes place when the web (2) slides over the scales plate (7).
