PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. improved in coloring, lowering of physical properties, and toxicity due to an increase in bleed-out, caused by radiation sterilization, by adding a heterocyclic hindered amine compd. and a specified compd. to a polyolefin. CONSTITUTION:0.05-0.3pts.wt. heterocyclic hindered amine compd.[e.g., di- (2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)sebacate]and 0.01-0.3pts.wt. phenol phosphite compd.[e.g., 1,1,3-tris(2-methyl-4-di-tridecylphosphite-5-t-butylphenyl)propane] and/or tetrakis(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl)4,4'-biphenylene diphosphonite are added to 100pts.wt. polyolefin (e.g., ethylene/propylene random copolymer). |
