The invention relates to a pallet allowing the stacking of casks in the vertical position. The pallet 1 comprises a frame constituted by two half-frames 4, 5, mounted in a telescopically sliding manner. On the periphery of the frame are fixed stop devices each comprising a lower stop 8 and an upper stop 9. The lower stops cooperate with the upper periphery of the lower cask 2 in order to ensure the centring of the pallet and the upper stops are intended to cooperate with the lower periphery of the upper cask in order to ensure the centring of the latter in the stacking position. <IMAGE>
