PURPOSE:To improve the speed controlling performance in a wide frequency range by altering a speed feedback signal calculation system with the frequency components of a speed signal. CONSTITUTION:An acceleration signal AGF is obtained from a speed feedback signal SF output from a speed detector 4 by an acceleration detector 24. Integrators 20, 22 for integrating the output DSA of a PID amplifier 3 are provided. The integrated output DSB of the integrator 20 is input through an amplifier 21 to an adder 29, the integrated output DSC of the integrator 22 is input through an amplifier 23 to a subtractor 25, the difference DAC from an acceleration signal ACF is input to a moving average circuit 26, and input to an adder 29. The output of the adder 29 is added by an adder 31 to a speed feedback signal SF, and input to a subtractor 2. Thus, the speed feedback signal calculation system can be altered with the frequency components of the speed signal. |
