Said compound of the formula I is e.g., a compound of formula II. For preparing the compound of the formula I, it is recommended, in general, that a carboxylic acid derivative be converted into the acid chloride in a conven tional manner followed by reaction with the corresponding alcohol derivative, etc. in the presence of alkali.
