FORMATION OF FILM ON ALUMINUM MEMBER

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the corrosion and wear resistances of an Al member having an alumite layer, by radiating laser beams on ceramics to compel it to evaporate particles of a molecular size and by sticking and depositing the resulting vapor on the Al member with improved adhesion to the base material. CONSTITUTION:Laser beams 2 are radiated on a ceramic material 8 set in vacuum to generate particles of an atomic or molecular size of <=400Angstrom by evaporation. The resulting vapor 9 is stuck and deposited on an Al member 7 having an alumite layer.
