PURPOSE:To perform the necessary medicine compounding jobs even in case the prescribing contents are not concrete by providing prescription data accepting means, a reference data accepting means and a prescription information producing means. CONSTITUTION:When an IC card containing the prescription data is applied, an accepting member 1 reads the prescription data and accepts it. A converting member 6 converts the prescription data into the prescription information on the medicine names, the dose, etc., and also records them on a memory medium 4. While an accepting member 2 reads the reference data for acceptance when a reserved prescription card, etc., are applied. A producing member 3 retrieves the medium 4 in response to the reference data and based on the identification code of the preceding prescription and reads the prescription data out of a preceding prescription master for production of the prescription information. In the case of the reserved prescription, a memory medium 5 is retrieved based on the reserved prescription number and the prescription information is produced from the reserved prescription master. The prescription information delivered from both means 6 and 3 are arranged in the prescribed order by an arrangement member 7 to be delivered to a display device, a memory, a printer, etc. |
