The machine forms a marking code on paper, having a housing (2) with control buttons on a front panel. At the front is a coiling housing (11) with protruding label panel (8). The machine writes the code together with letters and numbers on a label on the panel and is connected to an external emitter for the data to be included on it. It also contains a processor and memory unit for certain necessary data. The housing contains a roll on which (14) the backing paper (18) for the label is wound, while a breaking roller (16) on a control arm breaks the paper over a dispensing edge, so that the label (7) peels off straight from the downwards-deflected paper. The breaking roller can be swung out so asto allow a long row of labels to be dispensed. The housing can be pulled out to allow winding of the paper withlabels onto the roll for subsequent use. A marking head (20) swings through 90 deg. to allow cleaning and is detached by releasing two screws. |
