PURPOSE:To stabilize pressure applied to preceding and following interval collars by providing two rotating plates with elastic bodies (springs). CONSTITUTION:When a fixed cover 11 is opened to release its fixing, the fixed cover 11 is turned around a horizontal shaft 10 and is opened to move a connection plate 22 of an interlocking device 7 backward. Therefore, rotating plates 13 connected to the connection plate 22 are turned around supporting shafts 12 (counterclockwise) to release their positioning devices 6. When the fixed cover 11 of a fixing device 5 is closed, rotating plates 13 are turned around supporting shafts 12 by springs 16, and pressing pins 15 are slided from end parts of a linear groove parts 14B toward arcuate groove parts 14A to approximate a developing tank 3 to a photosensitive body 2. The developing tank 3 is stopped and positioned in the position where a collar 17 of a magnet roll 8 and the photosensitive body 2 are abutted on each other. Since two rotating plates 13 are provided with springs 16 respectively, pressures are applied to front and rear parts of the developing tank 3 independently of each other.
