PURPOSE:To change the use form at the time of reading and printing and to enable printing at an optional time by forming a reading window, where a part of a picture reading part can be faced to an original, and a printing window, where a part of a printing part can be faced to a recording paper, as the opening surfaces of both windows intersect in a V-shape on one end of a case. CONSTITUTION:Since the picture information is read through a fiber cable 7 with an image sensor 6, the length of an optical path in a reading system can be shortened. And since thermal coloring liquid is transcribed on a common paper, where a thermal head 8 executes printing, it is needless to contain the thermal coloring paper with being wound in a roll-shape. Therefore, the case 1 is minimized so as to improve its portability and moreover the data is stored in a memory 18 so that printing can be executed any time. By changing the tilting direction of the case 1 without shifting it the reading window 15 can be faced to the original 21 or the printing window 16 can be faced to the recording paper 22 so that the use form at the time of reading and printing can be changed.
