MEASUREMENT DATA COLLECTION PROCESSING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To efficiently and accurately collect shape information on a large quantity of ports and to concentrically perform processing by providing a host computer which performs the statistical processing of measurement data of all measurement data concentrically by inputting the measurement data. CONSTITUTION:A measurement data collection processing system is constituted while equipped with length measurement units 44-1-44-M which output shape information on an object 42 of measurement to the measurement lines 40-1-40-N, a data collection unit 48-1 for the collection of the information as measurement data which is separable from the measurement lines 40-1-40-N, and the host computer 30. Then, a setting unit 60 teaches the data collection unit 48-1 measurement conditions through the circulation of the measurement lines 40-1-40-N. Further, data collection units 48 separated from the measurement lines 40-1-40-N are connected to the host computer 30 in order and the measurement data are inputted to performs statistical processing of the measurement data of the measurement lines 40-1-40-N concentrically.
