PURPOSE:To continue an original calling without connecting to a subscriber terminal to require the interruption by sending a non-connected signal from the subscriber terminal of an incoming-call-receiving person when an incoming call is executed from other subscriber terminal during the calling between subscriber terminals and the incoming-call-receiving person does not discontinue the calling. CONSTITUTION:When a calling is executed by a selecting calling means 2 between a first subscriber terminal 1 and a second subscriber terminal 4 and the incoming call is executed from a third subscriber terminal 5 to the first and second subscriber terminals 1 and 4, the non-connected signal of the effect that connecting is not executed from the first and second subscriber terminals 1 and 4 is sent. When a signal receiving means 6 receives the non-connected signal, the means sends the non-connected signal to a control means 9. The control means controls the selecting calling means 2 so as not to connect the third subscriber terminal 5 to the subscriber terminal received from the third subscriber terminal 5 out of the first and second subscriber terminals 1 and 4 by the non-connected signal.
