PURPOSE:To construct a basement at low cost by a method in which a box-like lower half having an opening in its upside and a box-like upper half having an opening in its downside and an entrance and air vent ports on its upside are molded and joined with each other to form a box-like shell. CONSTITUTION:A lower half 20 molded in a factory is lifted up from a transport vehicle through hanging hooks 24-27 by a crane, etc., and set at a given position. Projections composed primarily of eye-shaped portions of the hooks 24-27 are then removed out. An upper half 30 having an entrance 11, air vent ports 12 and 13, and a lighting window 14 is lifted up through hanging hooks 34-37 by a crane, etc., the connecting bolts 22 of the lower half 20 are thrust through the hole 32, and the upper half 30 is set on the lower half 20. The bolts 22 are screwed with fixing nuts 33 to join both the half 20 and 30. Projections composed primarily of the eye-shaped portions of the hooks 34-37 are cut off. |
