Since tension can be applied to the supporting axes 16, 17 of the movable pulleys 10, 11 after laying the wires, both the optical systems 2, 3 can be efficiently driven, and since the tension is applied to the supporting axes 16, 17 especially through a common spring coil 29, uniform tension can be applied to the whole long wire 44. Although large shock is applied to both wire parts 12, 13 at the time of folded movement of 1st and 2nd optical systems 2, 3, the shock is efficiently absorbed or dispersed because the movable pulleys 16, 17 are kept at the played states.
