PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the safety, operation facility, accuracy of vulcanization, productivity and durability of a device by a method in which the conjunction member which transfers pressurizing force to a transferring member is provided detachably between the piston side of a pressurizing device and the transferring member provided on the mold center of an upper force, and then the transferring member is made into a tubular structure. CONSTITUTION:A movable top force 4 is lowered on a stationary bottom force 3 and is closed. The connecting arm 26 at a conjunction member 17 is connected into between a piston side 10 and a transferring member 16, whereby pressurization by lowering of the piston 10 is achieved. If the vulcanization molding operation for a green tire in a vulcanization mold under such mold closing and pressurizing has been finished, the transferring member 16 is caused to be free by way of the oil pressure removal in a pressurizing cylinder 9 and the opening of the conjunction member 17. The rising and lowering shaft 41 shown by a male screw is raised by rotating a female screw tube 42 by way of bevel gears 36, 39 by the drive of an up and down driving body 33, whereby the movable top force 4 is elevated, and then is opened and kept away from the bottom force 3. In this case, the upper part of the transferring member 16 is received in the hollow parts 11, 12 provided at the side of a vulcanization frame 1, and then is raised and lowered, whereby the top force 4 may be lifted sufficiently high. |
