<p>Anti-skid device for vehicle tyres, a so-called hollow body spike which has a hollow body component (2) which can be securely mounted on the vehicle tyre and in whose axial bore a rivet component (1), which is arranged in an axially movable fashion and is provided with a base flange (3), is inserted. The pin of the rivet component is provided on its outer surface with axial ribs (11). Axial grooves which correspond to the ribs (11) are formed on into the bore of the hollow body component (2). The ribs (11) are most advantageously designed so as to taper with respect to the central axis of the pin in the perpendicular cross-section in the radial direction away from the central axis so that the rivet component (11) is star-shaped in cross-section and the grooves of the hollow body component (2) are formed on to correspond to the shape of the ribs (11). <IMAGE></p> |
