PURPOSE:To allow the other party to correctly recognize information to be reported by reporting a written engagement with a voice at the time appointed by taking notes. CONSTITUTION:When a writer uses an input pen 2 to write an appointed time and an engagement on a tablet 1, the information is sent to a recognizing part 3. The recognizing part 3 recognizes written characters to write the appointed time and the engagement on a schedule table held in a scheduling part 4. The present time is inputted to the scheduling part 4 from a timer 6; and if the present time and the time appointed on the schedule table coincide with each other, the engagement at this time is sent to a voice converting part 7. The converting part 7 converts contents of the engagement to a voice, and the voice is loudened by a speaker 8 and the time and the engagement are displayed on a display part 5. Thus, the other part is allowed to correctly recognize information to be reported.
