<p>Unripe plums are placed in a receiving and washing tank (1), then passed via an elevator belt (2) to a rope gauge (3), which enables their distribution between two tray belts (5A and 5B). The trays are stocked on trollies caried by platform lifts (8A and 8B). When full, the trollies can be taken to a cooking oven (9).</p> |
