PURPOSE:To easily set a desired filter characteristic by forming an electrode deciding a basic filter characteristic and lots of electrodes under fine adjustment of filter characteristic in advance onto the surface of dielectric, selecting the electrodes and connecting them by a conductive substance. CONSTITUTION:Silver electrodes being classified into a primaty electrode 7 deciding a basic filter characteristic and lots of secondary electrodes 8 for fine adjustment of the filter characteristics in advance are printed and backed onto the surface of the dielectric ceramic 6. Then the secondary electrodes 8 are being connected sequentially by using a conductive substance 9 while the filter characteristic is being measured. Thus, the electrode are of the surface of the dielectric is changed to set the filter characteristic to a desired value easily. |
