PURPOSE:To prevent the reckless traveling of a mobile flat car by installing an overvoltage detecting means for detecting that the between terminal voltage of a traveling motor becomes overvoltage and a stop means for separating the traveling motor from a feeder line by the detection signal, into a driving device. CONSTITUTION:If an electric power source for supplying electricity into a feeder rail 35 drops, during a mobile flat car drives a motor 11 and descends, supply of electricity into the motor 11 is suspended, and the motor 11 generates a regenerative voltage, and a dc control control power source which is rectified by a diode bridge 42 is put into an overvoltage state. Then, an overvoltage detecting circuit 46 operates to turn OFF a drive power relay 41 through transistors 47 and 45. Then, the motor 11 is cut off from the electric power source, and stops, and the reckless traveling of the mobile flat car is prevented, and the supply of electricity is restarted, and the mobile flat car is restarted. |
