PURPOSE:To provide the high boiling point and the low freezing point and enable reduction in kinetic viscosity at the low temperature range by having a fluid consisting of the mixture of ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol and water and mixing them at a specific weight ratio. CONSTITUTION:The vibro-isolating rubber fluid consists of a mixture of ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol and water within the respective weight part ranges between 20-85, 2-50 and 0-45. If the weight part of the ethylene glycol exceeds 85, the freezing point becomes higher and the kinetic viscosity is increased so that the the fluid does not function as that used in a liquid-seal type engine mount, while if the weight part of the ethylene glycol is less than 20, the freezing point becomes higher. If the weight part of the diethylene glycol is increased higher than 50, the kinetic viscosity in the low temperature range is increased excessively, and if the low limit of the weight part thereof is less than 2, both the effects at the high boiling point and the low freezing point cannot satisfy the expectation. In addition, if the weight part of water is higher than 45, the freezing point is more than -40 deg.C and the boiling point is lowered so that the fluid cannot meet the requirements as the engine mount fluid. |
