<p>A rapid and sensitive immunoassay for cyclic nucleoside monophosphates is described. The assay is a competitive ELISA that uses an immobilized cAMP-KLH conjugate. The sensitivity of the assay is enhanced through the use of a succinylation procedure involving solvent-free succinic anhydride.</p> |
