PURPOSE:To designate arbitrarily the displaying position size of respective windows with a dot unit, to move at high speed and to attain scrolling by providing a data unit to execute the displaying priority control of respective window data and generate and output a video signal. CONSTITUTION:Frame memories 2 and 3 preserve the displaying data of windows A and B and a frame memory 4 preserves the displaying data of a background. Into an address unit 1 and a data unit 5, a displaying data position, a displaying shift width and the parameter of a size are written for respective windows A and B and next, the window data are written into respective frame memories 2-4 based on the address generated by the address unit. The displaying data outputted from respective memories 2-5 are inputted to the data unit 5 and shifted by a shifting width only in accordance with the parameter for scrolling. Further, a priority displaying area control is executed corresponding to the displaying position written in the data unit 5 and the area shown by the size, the data are processed for respective windows and a video signal is generated and outputted. |
