PURPOSE:To prevent the infiltration of a corrosive gas and water through the clearance of the ceramic and resinous molded articles by injecting an inorg. sealant or an org. fluorine sealant from the notched groove provided on the side face of a mounted taper pin. CONSTITUTION:The hole part of a ceramic 1 provided with a hole through which a previously mounted taper pin is pierced is arranged in conformity with the position of an exposed metal face bored in a coating face, the mounting taper pin 2 is pierced through the arranged ceramic hole and pressed on the exposed metal face, and simultaneously the taper pin is energized from the head part and welded and fixed to the metal face 4 by using a special welding machine 7. The (a) part of the mounting taper pin is then broken and removed. A fluorine sealing agent 6 is injected from the clearance between the notched groove provided on the side face of the taper pin and the ceramic with the use of an injection machine 8 to seal the pin welded part and the taper pin. |
