PURPOSE:To facilitate handling and control including the collection and the discard of waste water caused by dehumidification by storing developer recovered from the surface of a photosensitive body and the waste water caused by the dehumidification in the same recovery container in an electrophotographic process. CONSTITUTION:Water from the recovered water receiving part of a dehumidification unit 401 is fed and recovered with the discharged toner in a recovery container 350. Thus, the recovery container of the water need not be newly set. It is a pipe 352 that the water from the recovered water receiving part is conducted to the container 350. Surfactant is previously sealed in the container 350, and the toner and the water are made adaptable so as to be mixture having high viscocity. By covering the surrounding of lipophilic toner with the surfactant when the water and the toner flow in the container 350, the affinity with the water is enhanced, and they are made adaptable to melt the toner into the water. By such action, the water and the toner are simultaneously processed and the dealing is facilitated as for the processing of the toner. |
