PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food useful as a salad material, filling for bread, etc., having improved palatability free from a smell, of soybeans containing soybeans (processed food) and a fish oil with high content of highly unsaturated fatty acid. CONSTITUTION:1pt.wt. soybean processed food having a fibrous, flaky, powdery, or granular shape obtained by grinding whole soybeans or de-fatted soybeans or soybeans is blended with 0.1-5pts.wt. fish oil such as sardine oil, mackerel oil, cod-liver oil, mackerel pike oil, etc., containing 15-45% highly unsaturated fatty acid such as eicosa-pentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid, etc., and, if necessary, seasoning, salt, spice, flavor, coloring matter, etc. |
