PURPOSE:To form recessed and projected patterns on the surface of a molded form simply, surely and freely, by a method wherein strippable paint, mixed with fillers, is applied previously on the surface of a molding mold. CONSTITUTION:Strippable paint 6, mixed with fillers 3, is applied on a female mold 2 to form a strippable coated film 4, on which recessed and projected patterns 4a are set. Thereafter, molds are clamped and a cavity 6 is filled with polyurethane, then, the polyurethane is heated and cured to mold a synthetic resin molded form 7. Thereafter, the molds are opened to release the synthetic resin molded form 7 from the molds together with the strippable coated film 4, then, the strippable coated film 4 is stripped whereby the synthetic resin molded form 7, provided with the recessed and projected patterns 7a corresponding to the same patterns 4a of the strippable coated film 4, may be obtained. |
