PURPOSE:To prevent a heating and firing phenomenon by providing a couple of workpiece supporting jigs movably and arranging an injection nozzle of fire extinguishing gas and further, maintaining the positional relation between a machining head and the supporting jigs to interlock and fix these. CONSTITUTION:A couple of rollers 8 to support the workpiece 3 from the lower part are provided to both sides of an optical axis C between supporting pins 2 and the injection nozzle 9 of fire extinguishing gas is arranged to the roller 8 at one side at least. Further, the positional relation between the rollers 8 and the machining head 4 is maintained and arranged so as to be interlocked and fixed. Since the rollers 8 hold a machining part of the workpiece 3 from the lower part with the optical axis C in-between interlocking with the machining head 4, the distance between the machining head 4 and the workpiece is maintained constant and the fire extinguishing gas 12 from the nozzle 9 prevents the firing phenomenon of the workpiece. Further, since a contact sensor is not necessary, a breakage of the workpiece 3 is also solved. |
