METHOD OF SHAPING CASTING MOLD USING PERISHABLE PROTOTYPE

摘要

A method of shaping a casting mold comprising burying a perishable prototype which is shaped to a desired casting by use of a perishable synthetic resin foam and coated in advance with a coating film in refractory particles containing a binder, curing the refractory particles in such a manner as to prevent adverse influences of gases generated upon perishing of the foam and deformation of the perishable prototype, and radiating microwave in order to define the space of the shape of the desired casting inside the cured refractory particles by allowing the perishable to perish.
