The invention relates to a dynamically stressed helical tension spring, on the inside of which, at at least one end, a force transmission element is coupled in such a way as to be pivotable about a point situated on the longitudinal axis of the spring and which has a connecting element which prevents notching on the inside of the spring. To ensure that this notching cannot occur in the region of the joint even after a prolonged period of use of the spring, the connecting element is arranged between the spring and the force transmission element while retaining the pivotability of the said element inside the spring.
