PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the collision of a slider and contamination concentration, and obtain a superior cost efficiency and a superior reliability, by irregularly arranging bump distances of a wide distance of a specific range and a narrow distance of a specific range when an average distance of a plurality of bumps disposed on a circumference of a constant radius is specified. SOLUTION: When an average distance of a plurality of bumps disposed on a circumference of a constant radius is 100%, a bump distance of the circumference of the constant radius is made irregular to be a wide distance in a range of 100-150% and a narrow distance of 50-100%. Bumps are irregularly arranged on an inner circumferential side and an outer circumferential side to a reference circle concentric with a center hole of the medium substrate. When a distance from a center point of the bump to the reference circle in a radial direction is (d) and a virtual bump distance on the reference circle is (p), a relationship of d<=0.1 p is satisfied. Since the bump distance is made irregular to the wide distance and narrow distance, the slider is prevented from resonating, whereby a collision between the slider of a magnetic head and the medium substrate can be prevented.
