PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely improve the life of a hard disk driving part while the content of a time schedule corresponding to the use situation of a system is automatically set on a real time basis. SOLUTION: A voice main center processing unit 23 has a schedule memory part 31 storing the monitor timing time X and the stop timing time Y of a hard disk driving part 22 at every prescribed time band, a control part 33 counting stop timing time Y when access completion to the hard disk driving party is detected and stop-controlling the hard disk driving part when an idling state is continuously detected in the counted time, an access time memory part 34 storing the access total time of the hard disk driving part, an optimum value calculation part 35 calculating optimum monitor timing time and stop timing time on the prescribed time band based on access total time on the prescribed time band and a memory update part 36 storing/updating data at calculated monitoring timing time and stop timing time.
