PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium which absorbs the eccentric error of a plurality of information recording layers to prevent the occurrence of unstable reproducing caused by the eccentric error. SOLUTION: The information recording medium has a plurality of information recording layers like disks which are stuck to each other within the range of an allowable eccentric error, and a data area (11) provided in each information recording layer is provided with a guard track (14) where user data is not recorded for a prescribed radial distance from the radial position in the innermost periphery of the data area toward the outer peripheral side.
