PURPOSE:To prevent a parting between lace and weatherstrip from generating burrs, by a method wherein while positioning of a stud part is performed, through an elastic material trimmed a locating hole internally, a mold surface to which the outer surface of the lace is welded with pressure is made into a curves surface continuing smooth to the outer surface of the lace. CONSTITUTION:Along with setting up of window glass 3 onto a stationary mold 1 positioning is performed by inserting a stud bolt 7 of lace 4 into a locating hole 8 and molding is performed by filling a product part space R with a weather strip material in a state that the stationary mold 1 and a movable mold 2 are clamped. In this instance, the tip of the stud bolt 7 and the outer surface of the lace welded respectively to the bottom of the locating hole 8 and a mold surface 12a with pressure. Then as the outer surface 4a of the lace 4 is continued smooth to the mold surface 12a, a gap does not generate between the mold surface 12a and outer surface 4a of the lace 4 even if positional accuracy of the lace 4 is dispersed, for example, due to a warp and generation of burrs is prevented. In this case where the positional accuracy of the lace 4 is dispersed, a positional error of the stud bold 7 is absorbed by bending of an elastic material 9. |
