Article comprises a carbon monoxide-contg. polymer (I) having an adherent coating layer of halopolymer (I). In partic. (I) is a film having (II) coated or adhered to one side and having resin, paper, cloth, wood, print, adhesive, metal, cermatic, plastic or other polymer material adhered to the other side. Coating (I) with (II) comprises (1) corona treating (part of) a surface of (I); (2) applying a fine particle aq. dispersion or latex of (II) to the treated surface; and (3) drying (II).
