PURPOSE:To grasp the constitution of the whole of table form data at a glance by scrolling the corresponding data in the field of the table form data. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 1 generates table form data displayed at a CRT 5 and displays the table form data at the CRT 5. When the CPU 1 receives a keyboard input from a keyboard 6 through a keyboard interface 7, the scrolling displaying command concerning a field inspects, and when it is decided to be the command of the scrolling displaying, the CPU 1 determines the field on the table form data from a cursor position and the number of the row and the number of the digit scrolled from the keyboard inputted command. Next, the determination of the data corresponding to the number of the scrolling row and the number of the digit is executed to the displaying object data of the said field based upon the determined information, and the data are displayed again. By repeating the processing, the displaying of the data not displayed can be executed concerning the field to the optional field of the table form data. |
