摘要 PURPOSE:To aim at the promotion of lightweightiness and thinness, by setting up a transparent front plate in the front and a back plate of a ceramic material in the rear, and installing a light emitting part in an inner surface of the back plate of the ceramic material and a driving circuit part in the inside or the outer surface, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A transparent front plate 1 and a back plate 2 are sealed (3) by glass. As for a ceramic material, forsterite in almost equal to glass in a coefficient of linear expansion is used. After the glass sealing 3, no separation occurs between both these plates. In this connection, the linear expansion coefficient of the glass is 9.0X10<-6> 1/ deg.C, whereas the forsterite is 9.8X10<-6> 1/ deg.C, so that the sealing glass 3 is desirable to be better to have the intermediate linear expansion coefficient between the glass and the foreterite. In addition, in an inner surface of the back plate 2 using the forsterite, a pattern 4 for light emission is describable, and the pattern and a thick film are printable in the inner surface or the outer surface and, what is more, it is laminated in pile and the pattern is writable as many as possible, furthermore, electronic parts 5 are attachable to the outer surface of the back plate 2. With this constitution, lightweightiness and thinness are thus promoded as far as a portion for decrement of the number of molded substrates.
