PURPOSE:To enhance service, by automatically judging the quality of an analogue circuit by using a microcomputer for process control. CONSTITUTION:A D/A converter CT5 converts the control signal outputted from a process automatic microcomputer CT3 to an analogue signal to output the same to analogue circuits CT7-CT10. The outputs of the analogue circuits CT7-CT10 are supplied to a primary charger 51b and a secondary charger 69 and inputted to a multiplexer CT11. The multiplexer CT11 selectively applies the output signals from CT4, CT10 to an A/D converter CT4 on the basis of the control signal alpha from the microcomputer CT3. The microcomputer CT3 compares the digital output value to the D/A converter CT5 with the digital input value from the A/D converter CT4 and, from the coincidence result thereof, the quality of the analogue circuits CT7-CT10 is judged. |
