PURPOSE:To heat and cool a cell holder, which is a rotary body, directly, by providing a through hole at the center of the rotary shaft of the rotary body, performing wiring processing through the hole, thereby eliminating external laying of wire. CONSTITUTION:Peltier elements 11 are fixed on both side surfaces of a cell holder 9. A thermistor 17 is embedded at the central part. The outer surface of the cell holder is covered by a heat insulating material 3. Heat radiating fins 12 are fixed to the peltier elements 11. They are attached on a cell holder base 8. A relay substrate 18 is attached to the bottom of the cell holder base 8 through an attaching seat 19. To the relay substrate 18, said Peltier elements 11 and the thermistor 17 are wired and connected. A wiring 20 and a connector 21 are connected to the reverse surface of the relay substrate 18. The wiring can be connected to the outside through the central hole of a rotary shaft 4. |
